Aurora Advances to Sub Final

Aurora gained separation in the third quarter and pulled away for a 46-38 win over Central City in the C1-6 Subdistrict semifinal in Geneva. After five lead changes and two ties in the first half, the Huskies scored the first five points of the second half and never trailed again. Aurora plays Scotus Central Catholic (10-13) Thursday at 7pm for the championship. Coverage at 6:45 on 97.3 the Wolf.  Scotus upset top seed Fillmore Central 49-38.
