Arrest Warrant Issued Former Local TV Anchor

A Buffalo County judge has issued an arrest warrant for a former local TV personality. Joe Scanlan, 27 of Arlington, Texas, is wanted for terroristic threats and intimidation charges. Scanlan who previously worked for KSNB-Local4 television departed from the station in early November.

According to the Buffalo County arrest affidavit, a woman from Gibbon called authorities and alerted them of her being sent emails from Scanlan. In those emails, references were made for her to kill herself. The threatening messages have been coming from Scanlan for about a month in total. 

The Buffalo County arrest warrant was issued on Tuesday, December 12th. At this time Scanlan has not been documented as a Buffalo County inmate.
